I always love Wimbledon at the time of the Tournament: the LTA and Local authorities make such a huge effort to brighten the place up every year by creating a riot of purple, green, gold and white…  Particularly poignant this year as the photo was taken the day after the centenary commemorations for those lost in the Battle of the Somme – 1st July 1916
